Our Mission

San Diego Neighborhood Basketball League our mission is to inspire young athletes to love the game of basketball. We love youth basketball in San Diego, to apply there time in sports and team building on the court and in the class room. Join a team in our basketball league. Our programs made up of multiple sport athletes, learning and loving the game of basketball. However, the league plays twice a year Summer and Winter, in between baseball and football season. Nevertheless, each season last 2 month. We are located and play games at Mira Mesa Recreation center 8575 New Salem Street San Diego, Ca. 92126. Our league patron the City of San Diego Parks and Recreation. Therefore neighborhood Basketball is a place where individual young kids can play in a safe environment in which they can develop their skills, build there confident, learn to play with others, practice sportsmanship, and have fun. Meanwhile, San Diego Neighborhood Basketball Program provides an opportunity for community leaders and parents to volunteer as coaches and to positively influence the expertise in player development and growth of young athletes. We offer a great Basketball Fundamentals Class for new players, also we have a club team called the Wolves Basketball for players that love basketballs. As well as, shooting class for players that want to perfect there craft. The Neighborhood Basketball Program was founded in 2010, and has been providing a quality basketball league to the public ever since.
